Alex Holter lives in Helena, MT but serves the youth of Great Falls because they need him. Alex has Embraced Change by trying to utilize Telehealth options to serve his client’s needs. He shows that Individuals Matter by travelling to Great Falls to serve his clients that do not utilize Telehealth options well.

He also always finds time to staff his clients with other employees no matter how busy he gets and accepts any children under eight years old that need his services. Alex is dedicated to his clients and has said that he “will not abandon these kids” speaking of his clients in Great Falls. Alex has taken on some tough cases and Embraced Joy by providing Lego sets and inviting his clients to help build a whole Lego city while they work.

I feel that Alex’s hard work and dedication to his clients here and in Helena make him an Ambassador for the Center.

He Shows Up and Steps In every day. Alex even found time to host the first few Lunch N’ Learn seminars to help employees understand the difficulties of being part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Way to go, Alex!
