April is constantly involved in the community, encouraging participation in her groups with clients and even including clients that are not enrolled in PACT so that the individual can continue receiving the support they need. April owns her actions and embraces her mistakes. She volunteers to assist with tasks outside her role and is available for support when others make a mistake. April males a point to support her Team and the clients. She offers her services and reinforces to the clients we serve that they matter and deserve her support. April pays it forward, when she has been blessed, she blesses another. She has a positive attitude regarding her work and comes to work with a positive attitude. Her attitude brings me joy. April promotes changes and encourages growth. She takes the time to work with clients and reinforce their positive chances. April shows up every day and supports her team. She even provides addiction counseling services to clients in the Great Falls PACT to ensure that both the Team and client are supported. She volunteers to assist when other staff are not available.
