Derek has been with Many Rivers Whole Health since June 2019 in the Great Falls Outpatient Department. Since his start he has been one of the most professional, consistent, even mannered employees we have the pleasure of employing. He is client centered in his practice and goes the extra mile to keep Many Rivers Whole Health clients engaged in their services while also holding them accountable. Derek has also been a calm mentoring presence since his start with us and his naturally skilled demeanor and clinical expertise has earned the respect of his co-workers and leaders from the beginning. In September 2021 Derek made it more formal and was a natural fit in becoming the Outpatient Team Lead in Great Falls. He has gone above and beyond in this role and daily demonstrates every single one of our Many Rivers Whole Health values as that is just who Derek is. He is one to fade into the background and go about his work; however, when the important things come up, he will speak up and be supportive to doing it right for everyone.
