Employee of the Month – April 2023 – Shawn Winters

I think Shawn Winters deserves to be the Employee of the month because he shows up and steps in wherever needed. Shawn has held various jobs since he started working with us in January 2012, he was first started out as an Outpatient Therapist, PACT Therapist, PACT Team Leader, Residential Service Line Director, and now his current job is Licensed Clinical Operations Supervisor. Shawn provides clinical supervision for Peer Support Specialists to obtain their certification and provides clinical supervision to practitioner in training therapists. Shawn ensures every employee receives the best clinical supervision for them to be successful in their job which in the long run benefit clients! Also, Shawn steps up in researching articles related to mental health and shares them with Many Rivers and our social media. Shawn’s dedication to Many Rivers has provided him the opportunity to teach, coach, and train many employees who will never forget how impactful he was to them. Clients are also very fortunate to have him as their therapist. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with others!
