Jill exemplifies joy at work, shows up and steps in whenever the need arises. Jill’s compassion and kindness radiates in conversations and greetings. She assists the front desk employees in Great Falls & Helena with billing questions, helps our clients understand their billing statements, works with all our payers such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Humana Gold, VA, TriCare, Aetna, Cigna, and many others, and always does this with a smile. She displays hard work, dedication, and perseverance all behind the scenes which contributes to the overall success of Many Rivers mission. She recently has taken on more work tasks and steps in when other employees are out of the office. She does these extra tasks without hesitation. Jill has been with the agency since May of 2010 and has proven to be a tremendous asset for the agency. Thank you, Jill, for all that you do for the mission!
