I would like to nominate Ida Whitaker, Licensed Program Supervisor of Youth Services.
Ida has been with our agency since June 2021 and initially hired as a CSCT Therapist, however, she was promoted to Youth Program Supervisor in August 2023. I think Ida should be awarded as Employee of the Month for the following reasons stated below.
I want to take a moment to personally recognize and thank Ida for her exceptional contributions to the Youth Services team. Your dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude has been a meaningful impact – not just on the quality of your work, but on the employees around you. In particular, Ida has Showed Up and Stepped Up in her supervisor role, she has been working as the therapist at Great Falls High School and CMR High School this past school year since we are short a therapist. This has stood out as a testament to your hard work and talent. You consistently go above and beyond, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Also, Ida provides Clinical Supervision to her direct report employees that are Practitioner in Training Therapists and Student Interns. Ida completes these tasks along with her daily supervisory duties. Also, Ida is an Ambassador for Many Rivers when she attends meetings or is collaborating with school principals or teachers in the Great Falls Public Schools District for clients or Many Rivers. You’re an asset to the team and truly appreciate everything you bring to the table. Thank you for your continued commitment and excellence to Many Rivers!
