Jana is an amazing asset to MRWH! She is always willing to jump in to help with whatever is needed. She reviews client charts to ensure that all of the proper documentation is included and sent to the proper people. Even if it is a client at a different site, she will call the clients, courts, and referents to get the proper paperwork when it’s not in the chart. She handles 95% of the PFL and MIP paperwork before and after the classes. Jana eagerly embraces change and is willing to explain things to other CRRs to assist with the changing needs and ongoing training. She is quick to ask questions to fully understand a process and then identifies alternative solutions to improve efficiency. She is great at multitasking and doesn’t get flustered even during the busiest times. Jana is great about bringing snacks and homemade goodies that help keep us all full of energy and brings joy to the organization with her positive attitude. Her positive attitude is contagious. She has a very high work ethic and sense of professionalism. Others see her dedication and are motivated by her actions. Jana makes the building warm and inviting, always decorating for every holiday, most often using her own money to purchase the decorations. Clients love her positive attitude, welcoming spirit, helpful nature, and vast knowledge. She treats each client as if they are the only client that we see and gives them all of the attention and support needed to hear the needs, advocate for services, and accommodate their needs. She is simply AMAZING!
