I am pleased to nominate Jill Douzanis, Human Resources Manager for Employee of the Month in recognition of her exceptional contributions to our organization and the consistent professionalism she brings to the Human Resources Department.
Throughout the past six (6) months, Jill has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to supporting both our employees and the organization. She has gone above and beyond in handling employee relations matters with critical thinking skills, providing thoughtful guidance, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance while always leading with empathy and fairness. Also, Jill is always looking for ways to improve – whether by adopting new HR tools, staying current on HR best practices, and “Embracing Change” within the ADP system. Her dedication to continuous learnings sets a strong example for others.
In addition to her core responsibilities, Jill has taken initiative to facilitate the Employee Engagement Committee by “Creating Joy” for employees each month, she supports the Helena office on-site on day a week to assist with HR functions, and Jill “Shows Up, Steps In” to attend Job Fairs. Her ability to balance operational excellence with genuine concern for employees sets a strong example for the entire organization. She embodies our values through her integrity, accountability, and dedication to creating professional experiences in her daily interactions with employees, vendors, and the community.
