Debbie has continuously showed up and went above and beyond as an Operations Manager for the Residential line. Debbie is on top of all referrals from the MSH and willingly coordinates with lead staff, the interviews with perspective clients. She has showed up to work on her days off to help out at the group homes when short staff and when there has been issues in the homes.
