I would like to recognize Rob for all that he has done in the past year that has shown his true determination and dedication to our agency, to the clients, and to his team. I have personally supervised Rob for the past 10 months. In that time, Rob has worked endlessly on several leadership responsibilities to support his team in learning, sometimes re-learning essential tasks, building training guides and time to train, increasing productivity to meet client need expectations, immersing himself in understanding contract work, and so much more. He has developed himself as a leader that listens to understand, holds high expectations, validates others, and is never shy to jump in and help. Watching his team grow and support each other is directly contributable to Rob’s attentive nature to working on active teamwork, strong communication, and accountability. Recently, Rob and the Kalispell team unexpectedly had another leader to step down – without a thought, Rob stepped in to take on additional duties, learn new aspects to daily business, and support the team even more. He takes time to celebrate the employees and write personal acknowledgements reflecting their strengths and contributes to the team. Additionally, Rob has taken on development of building new training guides as well as taking on leadership training himself to continue his own growth all the while planning a facility move. He remains solution focused even when the days are long and hard. Thank you, Rob for truly embracing the agency’s mission and values in your everyday practice!
