Shannon is an amazing employee. She shows up on time and is ready to work. She works well with the clients and makes sure their needs are taken care of. She teaches coping skills and works with the clients on their ADL’s. She is a good Team player and communicates well with her coworkers. Her hard work shows, and she is willing to pick up extra shifts when we need staff. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work. Keep showing up and doing an awesome job!
