Linda Greene – January Employee Of The Month

Linda manages the entire front line of the Helena Office in a positive and appropriate manner; she Shows Up and Steps In. She often is challenged verbally and treated poorly in interactions with clients due to no fault of her own while attempting to address the needs of both staff and clients. These poor interactions have increased with the need for safety precautions in the office and a resistance to the mask policy. Linda maintains a positive composure and is a role-model in her actions for addressing the situations; she is an Ambassador of Many Rivers Whole Health. She wears many hats, directing the mail, engaging with outside agencies and resolving all questions/concerns that come in the front door or through the telephone lines.

Linda is always part of the solution, she Owns it. She ensures that the front desk will be covered in her absence, she assists in resolving problems for staff and clients and has offered solutions to scheduling errors while maintaining a large variety of responsibilities and even assisting PACT with administration pieces while we remain to have that position filled. In a field that is always experiencing change especially in these times of the pandemic, she Embraces Change well and promotes the policies that are designed to protect our community.

Linda is a comfort in the Helena Office, her compassion and kindness radiates in conversations and greetings. Individuals Matter and she makes it known. When I first started my employment here, she expressed a kind of gratitude towards my mother that made me feel valued and gave me joy. She Creates Joy, she makes the coffee in the morning and greets staff as we file in for the work day. She laughs at small jokes and is jovial in interactions. Our work environment is better because she is here.
