I am nominating Doris for Employee of the Month. For the past ten years, Doris has put the needs of the company and employees ahead of herself; she would come in early, stay late to help managers complete the onboarding of employees, meet the deadlines around benefits, audits, or fundraising to name only a few. She has established that individuals matter when she created the employee morale committee.

She has been the driving champion for the marketing project & rebranding.

Doris continues to demonstrate what it means to show up and step in by continuing to show up even after her resignation in November to help fill the gaps. 

Doris is an amazing ambassador for the Center who believes in the mission and is willing to make compromises to ensure the Center’s success.
It is an honor to work with her.

Any employee may nominate any other eligible employee by completing a nomination form. Nominations are taken all month. The Senior Leadership Team will review the nominations and will announce the new Employee of the Month (EOM) by the following month.
