Jennifer wears many hats. and she wears them so well! She should be in a fashion magazine for how well she wears all her hats. Jennifer is the absolute most kind person I have ever encountered, and she is full of grace to all the employees that she oversees. She ensures that everyone has a voice in their specific role.
She is an Ambassador of the Center, because if there is a need in an area, she takes the time to ensure that the need is met. She shows that she owns it and is always taking responsibilitv for things that she does and corrects anything that she needs to correct.
You can bring literally ANYTHING to Jennifer and say, “hey Jen, can vou look at this- I think you did this wrong.”
And she will always own it. She never gets defensive or makes a person feel bad or wrong. She shows that individuals matter, because she takes the time out of her day, upon request from someone to change the hat that she is wearing to show you that they matter. Oh, my goodness does she CREATE JOY! She is a joy maker and joy spreader. You cannot help but feel joyful when Jen is around. Her personality radiates joy.
She is excellent with embracing change and is always willing to do things another way if it makes things run smoother for all involved. She absolutely has shown up and stepped in! Jennifer’s role is the chief operation officer, which entails a lot of responsibility on its own. In addition to that role, she is playing the role of 3 positions in the intensive service line. As well as other roles I am sure that I am not privy to.
In addition to that, on the weekends she is playing the role of custodian. to get the youth services moved downstairs. so that all ACM’s can move to the Largent building. Jennifer juggles millions of tasks and she juggles them so beautifully. She is an amazing leader and she deserves to have the employee of the month!
