The Executive Team has voted for December’s Employee of the Month and selected Lindsay Walter, Helena PACT LCPC.

Please see photos of Lindsay being presented Employee of the Month by Heather Irby, Helena PACT Team Lead and read Lindsay’s nominations.

Lindsay meets all of the center’s values. She ensures all of our clients’ needs are met. She steps in and assists when asked and even volunteers when she knows there is a need. She builds morale between co-workers while creating joy. In the past month, Lindsay has ensured tasks are completed while other employees (including myself) were absent due to illness or COVID. She has provided training to our new staff. She ensures the clients know they matter. I cannot say enough good about her. She is an asset to our team!

Lindsay has created so many opportunities for joy and ‘owning it’ this past month. She has created holiday participation activities including trivia, sock exchange, bulletin board, encouraged door decorating, and ugly sweater. In addition to creating joy, she has been integral with helping team members and other departments with whatever needs to happen including Residential and Outpatient team members.
