Richelle exemplifies what it means to “Own It.” She will make phone calls, do the research, ask questions, clarify and ensure that she has done everything she can to find a workable answer.
She shows up and steps in without hesitation and embraces the changes we encounter along the way with a smile on her face and a true grit style of “Let’s get this done.” It is an honor to have someone like Richelle on our team as she makes sure we get it right, that it is accurate and when data is needed for making clinical and business decisions, we get the best we can from what we have available.
Richelle demonstrates dedication, hard work and perseverance and she does all this behind the scenes and often without recognition of just how significant her position with the Center really is.
She will often work from home on her days off or come in just to ensure our processes run on time as there really is only her for some of the duties she encompasses. Richelle does not realize just how she creates joy, but without her, we would absolutely feel the absence of all she does.
