I am nominating Suzanne Call for Employee of the month. Suzanne started with us in December 2020 and has proven to be an outstanding addition to our leadership team.
She right away has exemplified our core values in demonstrating being a strong, positive Ambassador of the Center with building core relationships with community partners. She has been clear that Individuals Matter in how she treats others and provides high quality clinical and admnistrative oversight to her team and those that request her assistance.
Suzanne understands the importance of training our team up so that we meet all expectationbs and individualizes training instruction so as to meet the employees where they are at. Suzanne also Shows Up and Steps in without hesitation. She has taken on so many additional tasks to her daily dutie sand makes it look effortless in making the schedule all work.
I appreciate Suzanne’s can-do approach, but also her sense of humor and her ability to be both honest and forthcoming. Suzanne, we are blessed to have you on the team, and I truly enjoy working with you every chance we get.
