I would like to nominate Todd Tecca for employee of the month as he has been an essential component of the Helena/Great Falls team during their absence of a local case manager. He has been there for the client when they had issues that Great Falls case managers could not be there to assist with and he met the needs with no complaints. His clients have said that he makes them feel like an individual, not a client.
His communication with the Great Falls team has been exemplary. He has shown that individual matter, treating clients with dignity and respect. He has created joy in our communications, embraced the changes with case management being out of town and showed up and stepped in with grace.
