Morgan Henry on all occasions has demonstrated exceptional performance in her role as Behavioral Health Group Home Lead Worker in the Helena Residential Program. Her hard work, dedication, and attitude have made a significant impact on the team and have contributed to the company’s achievement. Morgan consistently ‘shows up and steps in’ as the Group Home Lead at Hannaford House. Morgan accepted the position of Group Home Lead during a very unstable staffing climate and has thrived in the position. She not only is the Lead worker for Hannaford but has stepped up to support our Sleeping Giant House while we are working at finding a Lead Worker for that house often filling in with extra shifts. Morgan embraces the many changes in our residential program with a tremendous positive ‘can do’ attitude, she is the primary scheduler for staff at both group homes. She brings so much joy and happiness to not only the clients we serve but the staff who work with her. Morgan shows each client that she works with the respect and dignity they deserve, both in times of crisis and in their daily activities. Always willing to learn more about working in the Behavioral Health field and owning her part on our Team. I cannot express the positive impact Morgan has brought to the Helena Residential Team.
