I am nominating Shaun Priore for Employee of the Month for many reasons. Shaun has been with our company for a little over a year. He came in and took on a role that has many different jobs within his job title. Shaun is split and pulled in many directions to accommodate everyone’s needs. This means going to Havre, Conrad, Helena, Kalispell, on top of all seven buildings he takes care of in Great Falls. Shaun has worked tirelessly to meet the needs of the staff and clients. He interacts with the clients, always being professional and answering their questions or just taking a minute to interact with them. Shaun in always in a good mood, has a positive outlook and always gives an answer so people are not left hanging. He works in all seasons of weather and does his best to protect staff who could be vulnerable at times. Shaun has never said no, or he can’t. It’s always “I will get right to it.” He has intervened with clients when that is not his job title. He gives 110% to the company and always has a smile on his face. I know that Shaun is a huge stable part of our company. I am comfortable asking him to do a job and am comfortable knowing it will be done before the deadline. Shaun exemplifies our values. I believe this company will only go up and become stronger as we continue to add people like Shaun to our team.
